Pace Chart
The length of the Clearbrook Park cross country course is 1.6km,
equal to four laps around the track of a 400m oval. Use the chart below to
help you determine your lap time.
You can see from the table that each 5 seconds around the track is equal
to 20 seconds for your total course time. Find the pace that feels good for
you, and train to run 4 laps in a row at that pace.
