Media Tech is just a fancy name for library. It is called Media Tech because libraries are now a lot more electronic than they used to be. Libraries now offer electronic materials such as film strips, video tapes, CD-ROMs, and of course, computers and computer equipment. The Media Tech facility at CDGMS is very well equipped with approximately 20 iMacs with high speed Internet access, a scanner, and a wide array of audio/video equipment. The Media Tech facility is forever evolving. We are adding new books and other resources regularly. The Media Tech facility is a very active place. There's always something happening there -- club meetings, team meetings, classes, and computer training. It is open to all students well before school, during nutrition and lunch breaks, and afterschool. ........................MEDIA TECH - a cool place to be!
